Why Is Angelina Jolie a Persona Non Grata in Serbia?

Home / Geopolitics & New World Order / Why Is Angelina Jolie a Persona Non Grata in Serbia?

Only 12 people attended Angelina Jolie’s directorial debut of In the Land of Honey and Blood in the Serbian capital.

The movie was based on the romance between a Serbian policeman and a Muslim woman set in the early days of the Bosnian war has been shunned at the movie’s premiere in Belgrade. An artistic attempt at the reconciliation of the old Balkan enemies failed the test.

Jolie’s directorial debut aimed to justify NATO’s brutal butchery and warcrimes agianst the Serbs in Bosnia during the 1990s, and Jolie even specifically refered to Syria in an Al Jazeera interview. She put forth a string of utterly hollow gripes about the inactivity of the ‘international community’ as civilians suffer and die. Jolie’s selective morality means she doesn’t once mentioned Libya – a nation now butchered, fractured, and transformed into a torture state by NATO’s disgusting genocidal ‘humanitarian intervention’; an estimated 100,000 innocent people slaughtered by the very same ‘international community’.

Most likely reading from her pre-defined talking points, Jolie even called out Russia and China for using their veto powers against the ever benevolent ‘international community’ vis-à-vis Syria.

Angelina Jolie painfully upset the Balkan ghosts with her despicable demonizing of the serbian people.

While Bosnian Muslims celebrated her as a goddess of the art (5000 people cheered Jolie at premiere of the film in Sarajevo ) the Serbs crucified her on the media cross of shame. They wanted neither her nor her film. Overnight, the popular American actress became “persona non grata nr 1 ” in Serbia .

Why?

A small Balkan nation still carrying the historical burden of Milosevic’s bloody dictatorship considers Angelina a new, albeit small, but very important screw in the Hollywood “anti-Serbian” machinery propagating the Hollywood saga of Serbs as bad guys in the American movies — guys that shot, killed and raped while others sat innocently waiting to be the victims.

Angelina’s one-sided and twisted vision of the Bosnian tragedy again puts salt on never fully healed wounds in relations between Serbian Christians and Bosnian Muslims.

Ms. Jolie cried over the cruel fate of Muslim women in Sarajevo’s brothels, but shed no tears for any of the numerous Serbian women raped in the 15 registered Bosnian brothels headed by Muslims and Croats. If she had seriously investigated the UN archive that is accessible to her as a United Nations Ambassador of Peace she would have surely found the information in the document marked as A/47/813 S/24991 and dated December 18, 1992.

No tears for the three Serbian daughters of Milan Mitric — ages 12, 13, 14 — raped in front of their father by Bosnian Muslim Alija Selimagic. Following this he slaughtered them. Maybe the film would go in another direction if she had watched killer’s confession .

Angelina openly admitted she could not follow the principle of victims’ equality in her movie. Responding to charges that the film was unbalanced she replied :

“The fact is the war was not balanced. I could not make a film where it’s 50/50, because that’s simply inaccurate to what happened.”

In seeking an Oscar she willingly accepted participation in a well-known pathetic numbers game, quoting the figure of 60,000 raped Muslim women as crucial inspiration for the movie. If she researched the origin of the information she would find that number was “a creative act” of Newsweek’s contributor Tom Post and a complete fraud.

According to Sara Flounders of the International Action Center, “Tom Post, a contributor to the article, explained that the estimate of 60,000 rapes was based on interviews with 28 women.” It was not the only report that falsely accused Serbs of mass raping of Muslim women based on a few testimonies. The evil evil Serbs are supposed to have “systematically mass raped” 60.000 women, no 40.000, no, 20.000 until finally 119 documented cases remained. (without the Serbian rape victims of course)

srebrenica_400

The same kind of propaganda as the Srebrenica hoax, where no genocide neither massacre took place during the fall of the enclave. Real crimes were committed however in the Srebrenica area, which have been suppressed, kept silent, covered up and swept under the carpet; because they were committed against Serbs. And to justify NATO warcrimes.

The Warburton Report authorized by the European Community estimated 20,000 Muslim women had been raped as part of a Serb strategy of conquest. Thanks to Simone Veil, a former French minister and president of the European Parliament it was revealed that the estimate of 20,000 victims was based on interviews with only four victims — two women and two men.”

French reporter Jeromy Bone explained the mechanism of the “mass raping” project:

When I was 50 kilometers from Tuzla, I heard: ‘Go to the Tuzla gymnasium, there are 4,000 raped women.’ At 20 kilometers the figure went down to 400. At 100 kilometer there were no more than 40. And on the spot I found 4 women who agreed to testify.

But madame Jolie was obviously not interested in reality. It was easiest to “hook up” the information that was rehashed hundreds of times, pointing the finger at the Serbs, the usual suspects, with no attempt to identify and qualify a new side of the truth. She just required a honorific Balkan drama. She is either willfully or programmed completely ignorant of the horrific history of the brave Serbian people who throughout history always fought heroically against imperialism. And that is exactly the reason why the current imperialistic neocon/zionist globalist psychopathic power structure needed to destroy the Serbian spirit in the 90’s in their insane and failing full spectrum dominance agenda.

Maybe because her brainwashed state of mind she was not aware that she had a great story in her hands. A beautiful story of religiously mixed love. A story that is both traditional and cultural in appearances on the multi-ethnic Balkans for centuries. Even today it is not unusual to see a Serb in love with a Muslim woman. New generations are successfully trying to overcome the hatred and pain sowed by their ancestors.

Jolie was supposed to help them in achieving that. Instead she did the opposite. Ignorance is never an excuse; she can ignore reality but reality will not ignore her.

She potentially had an excellent artistic story on the reconciliation of Balkan enemies. What better story than to use love to reconcile quarreling parties? What better way to win an Oscar by telling the true story of a tragic love.

Sarajevo still remembers the tragedy of the Bosnian couple Serb Bosko Brkic and Admira Ismić, a Muslim woman, killed by a sniper on March 19, 1993; Bosnian Romeo and Juliet who left an indelible message by their death. A powerful message of eternal Love.

Unfortunately, ignorant Angelina did not recognize the message. She did not send such a message by her movie. She killed love once again. She raped the truth.

Therefore, she is unwanted in Serbia. That’s why she is “persona non grata.”

Serbia sent complete documentation of 800 Serbian women who were raped by Bosnian Muslims and Croats to the UN Security Council in the fall of 1992. These had full names and everything.
It was not until AFTER this document reached the UN, that the Bosnian Muslim government, without any documentation to show, and no hard evidence whatsoever (which they still don’t have), started claiming the huge amount of 10s of thousands of Bosnian Muslim women raped. The did it to drown out the Serb claims, steal their thunder, and or perhaps to latch on the idea as a new propaganda angle.
Before the Serb rape victim documentation was sent, there were no claims by the Bosnian Muslims nor the mainstream/mass media of rape camps and mass rapes.
Obviously they took what had happened to Serbs and turned it around for their own propaganda. And it worked.
Also, Jolie’s film is plagiarized from a Croat’s book. He was approached by a Bosnian Muslim producer years before to make a movie from it, but after starting to work together it fell through. It was after this that Jolie was approached by that same producer who’s name was included in early reports of Jolie’s movie, but after the Croat started his lawsuit, the producer’s name was dropped.

If only the West was fully aware of the true story. But noone cares any more and our people feel all at sea, abandoned by the wider community. Unfortunately, this acute feeling of desparation is breeding hate and a culture of victimhood. Our people are culturally, emotionally and financially striken.Things are very unhealthy in my country. It would take a politician with a wide breath of understanding and good will to be able to bring us back into the fold. As far as the American politics go, for example, ,my people could not wish for anyone worse than Hillary Clinton…

“A small Balkan nation still carrying the historical burden of Milosevic’s bloody dictatorship …”

NATO propaganda. The government led by Slobodan Milosevic was elected by the Serbian people, it was not a “dictatorship.” When the American financed DOS traitors stormed Parliament and burned ballet papers and declared themselves the vitors of “democratic” elections, Slobodan Milosevic stepped down from office, not because he lost the elections but because he wanted to avoid an American-inspired civil war. Is this the act of a “dictator.”

An absolute lie. If you did a research, mister, before posting this, you would know that elections were set up in advance with wanted results. He was accused later in stealing the elections, which was proven. No rational person voted for him.

It was an absolute dictatorship. And he off course ended up betrayed and used by the same organization who played with him.

Excellent article. Well explained what actually happens.

Actually, DOS leaders confessed later on that they lied about Vojislav Kostunica victory after first round of elections and actually it was supposed to be second round as Milosevic announced. It is very easy to find this on internet (if you already didn’t realized that when that happened).

Why doesn’t a Serbian committee approach Angelina Jolie and discuss with her our absolute disgust at her movie? Nobody else is going to do it for you Serbian people. It’s a shame that there aren’t Serbian lobbyists that take care of things behind the scenes. I guess the Serbian government is to blame. Other nations in the region have lobbyists everywhere and they are even trying to change history through political propaganda. The truth about the breakup of Yugoslavia and the plight of the Serbian people can only be demonstrated and brought to the world by the Serbian people. You have to fight fire with fire, the difference being the truth is behind the Serbian people, which is always easier to defend.

Wrong. The breakup of Yugoslavia at the Serbs’ expense was long planned and wanted by the west. It was only the power of the Soviet Union which kept their plans on ice. The west never liked Yugoslavia, but it was better to put Serbs under the boot of communism (Tito) than to have them be free and come out on the winning side of the war. The CIA, German BND, and British MI6 were instrumental in the breakup and the U.S. government did block Serbs and kept their viewpoints out of the newspapers. They deliberately lied, and you had CNN show a funeral for 2 dead Serb children (who were killed on a bus) but claim they were Muslims by cropping out the Orthodox priest conducting the funeral. The full footage had been on a French TV station and people noticed the Christian symbols and a Greek-American woman, Stella Jatras, noticed it was a Serbian Orthodox priest doing the ceremony.
CNN was staffed with U.S. military during the NATO bombing.
Angelina Jolie is also on some board which promotes interventionism and NWO propaganda. She works for them and is a puppet. What the Serbian government would say to her would be replied with the same propaganda claims against Serbs and insults.

    Angelina Jolie…Hollywood’s “Spoiled Brat”

    By Wm. Dorich

    Beverly Hills—December 14, 2014

A good actress able to shed tears on command is the trademark of any actor, however, Jolie’s phony manipulation of events in Bosnia are well know from her movie, “Land of Blood and Honey.” Knee jerk drama or “Crying on Demand” seems to be her real skill at deception and fabricating a media event when her real reasons to be in Bosnia were so misleading.

A closer examination of Angelina Jolie’s contempt for real victims is not just disingenuous her “Anti-Rape Campaign” is fraught with double standards, hypocrisy, omission and a clear message that the Serbs are the perpetrator of rape and that Bosnian Muslims their victims.

When Jolie went into film production for “Blood and Honey,” Bosnia refused to allow her to film on their territory. She was fully aware of the emotional scars and personal losses of many Bosnian families—especially those of mixed marriages who viewed her movie with contempt. She lost $40 million dollars on the film paid by Saudi co-conspirators. The showing of “Blood and Honey” in Belgrade had less than 40 people for the screening, half walked out. Pretending this was make-believe her moviegoers got a loud and clear message that this was a one-sided fabrication using real victim events. The film cleverly demonized the Serbs with collective guilt.

Jolie wasted no time or headlines to mention the more than 2,000 Muslim terrorists who entered Bosnia from Osama bin Laden’s training camps in Afghanistan. They decapitated hundreds of Serbian victims and roasted dozens of Serbian soldiers on spits like animals. That reality must have proven to be too accurate for her to address? Why does Jolie not go to Belgrade where half of the rape victims were Serbians?

Angelina Jolie cleverly omits any reference to evidence and testimony by Dr. Ljubica Toholj, a Serbian gynecologists and professor at Belgrade University who personally performed examinations on more than 350 Serbian POWs. Her findings showed that the majority of these victims were homosexually raped, their testicles were burned by electrical charges and evidence revealed that broom handles were shoved into the anus of these victims that did irreparable damage to internal organs. More than half of these Serbian men were circumcised as a form of torture and in the contaminated environment many suffer from numerous infections. The majority of these men are now sexually dysfunctional. If Jolie is truly driven to tears about rape not a single tear has been shed for these Serbian men. It’s too easy for Jolie to ignore the facts that do not support her lies and distortions.

Officials at the Brussels hearings were not interested in hearing testimony from Dr. Toholj, who possessed grim and accusing affidavits from Serb victims about a variety of abuses. She had arrived in Brussels for the hearings but was refused a visa by Belgian immigration officials. How convenient.

Angelina Jolie cleverly ignores United Nations document #S24491… submitted on December 18, 1992, regarding the rape of 800 Serbian women. While the media wrote dozens of ugly articles informing its readers that “Victims of rape means the woman will never be considered for marriage and their families suffer from the stigma.” #S24491 was released a month before Tom Post wrote his infamous front page Newsweek article about “50,000 Bosnian rape victims,” on January 4, 1992. However, 800 brave Serbian rape victims gave videotaped depositions that included naming their perpetrators—yet not a single one was ever brought to justice.

I believe that the Newsweek rape story was nothing short of damage control fomented by the U.S. State Department. I telephoned Tom Post whose story claimed he interview only “28 Bosnian rape victims”—a detail buried at the end of his story. I asked how he extrapolated 28 into 50,000? He said Bosnian authorities provided him with the rape figures. Does this mean Tom Post of Newsweek fame decided not to corroborate his evidence knowing the figure was preposterous? Or was the front-page space of Newsweek too sweet a professional coup to pass up? Obviously, these are the same Muslim authorities Jolie now relies on. Screw the facts and screw the truth. The naïve public be damned!

For Envoye Special, Jerome Boney went to investigate rape on the spot by going to Tuzla, the Muslim city mentioned in all the reports. He confided his astonishment in his February 4 broadcast: “When I was 50 kilometers from Tuzla, I heard: ‘Go to the Tuzla gymnasium, there you will find 4,000 raped women.’ At 20 kilometers the figure dropped to 400. At 100 kilometer there were no more than 40. And on the spot I found 4 women who agreed to testify.” – Jacques Merlino (France 2).

National Public Radio’s Sylvia Poggioli, writing in the Fall 1993 issue of Harvard University’s Nieman Reports, said such statistical disinformation “has stuck and the prevailing perception is that only Muslim women have been the victims and Serbian fighters the only perpetrators.”

The European Parliament’s Committee on Women’s Rights held hearings a few days later in Brussels on February 17-18, 1993, to infuse credibility into the Warburton Delegation’s tentative claim of 20,000 Muslim rape victims that was almost immediately rejected because of the lack of supporting evidence and testimony. The chairman of the U.N. War Crimes Commission, international legal expert Frits Kalshoven, said the evidence that had been gathered was insufficient, while Amnesty International and the International Committee of the Red Cross concurrently declared that atrocities and rapes were being committed on all sides.

One alleged rape victim fled Bosnia for Switzerland where she became a daily talk radio guest reciting details of her rape over and over again until she went into labor…after 3 days of total radio silence a nurse at the hospital confirmed the Muslim rape victim gave birth to a black baby… in other words, this promiscuous Muslim girl got pregnant by a black UN soldier and it was too convenient to blamed an innocent Serbian man.

Daily news articles in 1993 about Serbian “rape camps” told of women “being raped two and three times a day until becoming pregnant so they would be forced to give birth to Serbian babies.” By the end of 1994 less than 360 babies were born to rape victims on all sides, one-third of them to Serbian women. Where are the 50,000 rape babies Jolie? Like Goebbels who preached “telling a lie a hundred times it becomes the truth” Jolie wallows in this disgusting brand of disinformation.

But the media cadence about “systematic mass rape” orchestrated by Bosnian and Croat government information ministries in late 1992 was also a distraction and a decoy. It is not too cynical to surmise that the media-wide mobilization in August 1992—when imitations of Roy Gutman’s death camp stories in Newsday were taking over prime-time television, newspaper headlines and magazine covers—obscured an already lengthy list of shocking revelations of mass rapes against Serb victims. Serbs had protested for months and were becoming increasingly insistent about the existence and locations of several dozen “rape camps” controlled by Bosnian Muslims and Croats where Serb women were being subjected to unimaginable forms of rape, sodomy, torture and murder.

Gutman who wrote the book, “Witness to Genocide” was an oxymoron for a title, as Gutmsn never witnessed a single death in the brief time spent in Croatia and Bosnia. In the foreword to his book his own words betray his honesty and integrity that granted him half of a Pulitzer. “Having set such lofty standards, I immediately made an exception and wrote about the Omarska camp which I had not visited, based on the secondhand witness account.” In other words, like Angelina Jolie lying and misleading the public is part of the process in hoping the truth never surfaces.

There are questions about Roy Gutman’s association with a disgusting Croat woman named Jadranka Cigelj—or Jadranka C., Jadranka Cigev, Jadranka Cigay or a Mrs. Jadranka—and whether she was the “tipster” that launched Gutman’s search for detention camps in Bosnia during his short Zagreb stopover.

Gutman brought Jadrinka Cigelj to the United State where she made numerous television appearances and testified before the House and Senate … after she departed the U.S. evidence surfaced that Ms. Cigelj reported rape under 5 other assumed names. It was also discovered that she was a member of the CIC, the infamous Croatian propaganda arm of the government in Zagreb. And Like a lapdog Angelina Jolie ate it up hook, line and sinker. Or is this immoral gig too good for her career to pass up?

While the Serbian Orthodox church received its share of blame in the media, no connection is made to the late Serbian Patriarch Pavle who led over a million Serbs in protest marches that were the largest and longest in decades against the Milosevic government. During an interview with the Swiss Federal Parliament on December 10, 1992, the Patriarch told officials: “800 Serb women were documented as repeated rape victims in 20 camps operated by Muslims and Croats.” The patriarch also cited the Yugoslav State Commission for War Crimes on August 2, 1992—the same day Newsday’s “death camp” stories went on American newsstands that identified locations at Sarajevo, Tuzla, Bugojno, Bihac and Slavonski Brod where Serb women were confined, raped and murdered by Croat and Muslim soldiers.

One gets the impression that media distortions and phony tears are behind rebuilding Jolie’s tarnished reputation now that the North Koreans have hacked into the Sony Pictures website and have released unflattering emails about Jolie. What these emails disclose is that Jolie cannot be this ignorant when she is so vocal about human rights violations throughout the world.

The Marie Claire headline is particularly interesting because it is inadvertently and tellingly ambiguous: “Angelina Jolie In Tears On Visit To Bosnia As Part Of Bosnian Anti-Rape Campaign” – from which the intended interpretation is most likely that Jolie cried on her visit to Bosnia, which she visited as part of an anti-rape campaign … a telling ambiguity that reveals something important about how celebrity tears function in the global exchange of charity and pity. I find it compelling that celebrities like Jolie and other actors like George Clooney about the Sudan always find issued in other countries to support instead of those right here in Ferguson Missouri, New York and the thousands of rape victims right under Jolie’s nose in Hollywood.
