Complete stopping of the enrollment of 5G technology and/or reverse the already toxic microwave environment on this planet through spreading information on the internet or during meetings regarding the harmful health, privacy and security issues on this technology alone is clearly is not enough. Although very important, this form of action is mostly preaching to the choir anyway. The ones who think they have the right to expose us with this harmful technology without our consent need to be put under high pressure and held accountable on a personal level.
One of the things I learned when I was a commercial airline pilot and ending up suing the airline for willfully exposing me, my colleagues and passengers with highly toxic nerve gas components without our consent was the fact that it is more effective to hold persons personally accountable for their harmful policies and associated actions. Thereby giving them no option to hide behind an organization, corporation, political party or any other non-personal entity.
Most of these so called officials, gatekeepers and perpetrators are working in and for a cult structured organization and operate from the polarity of fear. And most of those who serve these harmful agendas are most effectively brought back in line when their illusionary and false-self centered comfort zone bubble is being popped. This can be done by holding them liable on a personal level in a forceful way.
This article contains extensive information that can/must be included in your notice of liability. It is not a fixed thing; make it personal but work as well within the legal regulations that apply for your country/region! Included are numerous specific harmful health effects caused by the exposure to RF radiation backed up with associated scientific studies as evidence. You can print these and include them in your correspondence to give it more “weight”.

Some suggestions to include in your notice of liability (NOL), but you are free to make it as powerful and effective as you want:
- Despite the thousands peer-reviewed clinical research studies that are linking over-exposure of RF/EMF radiation to everything from cancer, cardiovascular disease, altered gene expression, DNA damage, general malaise, cognitive impairment, neurological damage, deficits in learning and memory, miscarriage, diabetes, fatigue, digestive issues, sleep impairment, damaged sperm, you choose by your actions to ignore this information and therefore you are personal culpable of the harmful consequences that your actions cause.
- “I do not consent with the deployment of 5G wireless network in any way and hold you personal liable for any negative consequences regarding my health, privacy rights and security issues.”
- The deployment of 5G constitutes an experiment on humanity and the environment that is defined as a crime under international law, therefore your actions are in violation with international law.
Some extra suggestions:
- Find a lawyer or law firm that is aware of the issue concerned and include them in the correspondence and notice of liability, this is very important and gives also more weight/pressure on the case.
- Sent the NOL as sealed and registered mail to the personal address of the recipient and not to the workplace (if possible)
- Sent the NOL separate to the different persons you hold liable and not all in the same NOL. This gives more personal pressure on the person concerned. E.g. one to electric utility CEO, one to the state/province utility commissioner, one to the state/province legislator, and one to the local/federal representative.
- Include 2 witnesses who witness and sign the original documents in your process.
- Include a notary public.
- Always use a pen with blue ink to sign your original documents. You will keep your originals, and mail the copies.
- Check the InPower website and the InPower Liability Action Progress for more information.
- Connect with other people and share ideas and strategies. The more NOL’s people get in their mailbox the more pressure!

Thousands of scientists, doctors, environmental organizations and citizens from all over the world urgently call for a halt to the deployment of the 5G (fifth generation) wireless network, including 5G from space satellites. 5G will massively increase exposure to radio frequency (RF) radiation on top of the 2G, 3G and 4G networks for telecommunications already in place. RF radiation has been proven harmful for humans and the environment.
Cellphone radiation has been linked to serious health risks. The US National Toxicology Report showed a link between radio frequency radiation and tumors of the brain and heart. The FCC has not updated safety regulations for over 20 years, while telecommunication companies are greatly increasing cell towers in our communities, close to homes and schools.
There is serious concern about children’s health. “Because of their size, [children] absorb 50 percent more air pollution than adults. When it comes to EMFs, studies have shown their thinner skulls and bones allow them to absorb twice the amount of radiation as a grown-up. EMFs can more deeply penetrate their brain tissue, which is more conductive than an adult’s because it contains a higher concentration of fluid and ions. One study found that a cell phone call lasting only two minutes causes brain hyperactivity that persists for an hour in children,” from the book Zapped, by Anne Louise Gittleman.

Here are a few critical points you can also share about safeguarding public health with the forced roll-out of 5G:
With the US 2018 National Toxicology program (NTP) study showing clear evidence of long-term exposure to non-ionizing radiation in cellphones causing cancer, malignant heart and brain tumors, how can you justify rolling out 5G in front of people’s homes? You refer to the FDA and other inspection bodies for guidance on health- but by law, they cannot test for wireless safety of cell towers before they are put on the market. Stakeholders in the Telecom industry and the government are intentionally excluding scientific evidence of the dangers of 5G and non-ionizing radiation in general due to their financial interests.
With current scientific evidence of the innumerable negative health impacts of wireless radiation, why are you exempting these 5G transmitters from science, health and safety review when we have clear effects of biological harm? Because of the billions of dollars the Telecom Industry will make at the expense of human and animal life?

5G is qualitatively and quantitatively different from 4G
The idea that we will tolerate tens to hundreds of times more radiation at millimeter wavelengths is based on faulty modeling of the human body as a shell filled with a homogeneous liquid. The assumption that millimeter waves do not penetrate beyond the skin completely ignores nerves, blood vessels and other electrically conducting structures that can carry radiation-induced currents deep into the body. Another, potentially more serious error is that phased arrays are not ordinary antennas. When an ordinary electromagnetic field enters the body, it causes charges to move and currents to flow. But when extremely short electromagnetic pulses enter the body, something else happens: the moving charges themselves become little antennas that reradiate the electromagnetic field and send it deeper into the body. These reradiated waves are called Brillouin precursors. They become significant when either the power or the phase of the waves changes rapidly enough. 5G will probably satisfy both criteria.
In addition, shallow penetration in itself poses a unique danger to eyes and to the largest organ of the body, the skin, as well as to very small creatures. Peer-reviewed studies have recently been published, predicting thermal skin burns in humans from 5G radiation and resonant absorption by insects, which absorb up to 100 times as much radiation at millimetre wavelengths as they do at wavelengths presently in use. Since populations of flying insects have declined by 75-80 per cent since 1989 even in protected nature areas, 5G radiation could have catastrophic effects on insect populations worldwide.”

 Conflicts of interest have frequently arisen in the past. For example, the EU Commission (2008/721/EC) appointed industry-supportive members for SCENIHR who submitted to the EU a misleading SCENIHRreport on health risks, which gave the telecommunications industry carte blanche to irradiate EU citizens. The report is now quoted by radiation safety agencies in the EU. Another example is the US National Toxicology Program contracting with the IT’IS Foundation, which is funded by the entire telecommunications industry, to design, build and monitor the exposure facility for a two-year, 25-million-US-dollar study of cell phones. It subsequently produced a misleading report that is now quoted by industry officials in the US.
